1. Introduction
The new analytics feature in the dashboard provides a detailed evaluation of all appointments in your company. You can analyze different time periods and view key metrics on appointment scheduling, cancellations, and customer behavior. The visual representation helps you identify patterns and optimize your processes.
This feature is available as a paid add-on for Enterprise customers and can be found in the main menu under "Analytics".
2. Required Subscription
The analytics feature is available as a paid add-on exclusively for customers with the Enterprise subscription. If you like to use the new analytics tool from Calenso, please contact your personal Account Manager or [email protected]!
3. Analytics Overview Features
Time Period Selection
You can choose from the following time periods for your analysis:
- Last 24 hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 12 months
- Custom time period
Filter Options
You can filter all data based on the following criteria – also in combination and with multiple selections:
- Staff/Resources
- Locations
- Services
Appointment Statistics
The analytics feature provides the following key figures for the selected time period:
- Number of booked appointments
- Average lead time (preparation time for the appointment)
- Percentage of no-show appointments
- Average appointment duration
Graphical Analysis
For better visualization, charts are available:
- Appointment distribution over the selected period
- Cancellation trends over the selected period
Most Popular Services, Staff, and Locations
The analytics feature provides an overview of:
- Most booked services
- Most popular staff members
- Peak booking times per month (morning or afternoon)
- Most frequent bookings per location
Booking Channels
A line chart shows the distribution of bookings e.g. by -but not limited to- the following channels:
- API
- Widget
- Manual bookings via the Calenso dashboard
Customer Behavior
The following data is displayed in absolute numbers and percentages:
- Percentage of returning customers
- Number of cancellations
- Number of rescheduled appointments
