Create a Customer
Access Customer Menu
- Click on "Customers" in the menu. You will be directed to the customer database.
Add New Customer
- Click on "New".
Fill in Mandatory Fields
- Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with *):
- Name
- Email address
Fill in Additional Fields
- Select the customer's language.
- Enter a phone number if SMS notifications are desired.
- Define the customer type.
- Enter VAT and tax numbers, if applicable.
- Add any necessary remarks.
- Don’t forget to click "Save" to store the customer in the database.
