Create a customer

This article explains how to create a new customer in Calenso. Properly managing customers is crucial for many businesses.


Create a Customer

Access Customer Menu 

  1. Click on "Customers" in the menu. You will be directed to the customer database.


Add New Customer

  1. Click on "New".    


Fill in Mandatory Fields 

  1. Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with *):
    • Name
    • Email address


Fill in Additional Fields 

  1. Select the customer's language.
  2. Enter a phone number if SMS notifications are desired.
  3. Define the customer type.
  4. Enter VAT and tax numbers, if applicable.
  5. Add any necessary remarks.
  6. Don’t forget to click "Save" to store the customer in the database.
