What are Smart Actions? 

Smart Actions are intelligent assistants for customer support in Calenso. They are sent automatically, requiring no additional effort. Use this feature to enhance your customer service.


Activating and Configuring Smart Actions 

Accessing Smart Actions 

  1. Log in to your Calenso dashboard.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" and select "Smart Actions".


Activating a Smart Action 

  • Find the desired Smart Action in the list and toggle the "Activate" switch

  • After activation, configure the action by clicking "Configure" below the activation switch

Categories of Smart Actions

  • Communication: Automated thank-you emails, mass cancellations, reminder emails.
  • Feedback: Satisfaction surveys post-appointment.
  • Occupancy Optimization: Coming soon.
  • Data Export: Monthly participant export from group appointments, automated data export.
