With a connection of LexOffice to Calenso, an invoice with the corresponding customer data can be generated automatically for an appointment booked online.

Since our update to version 4.50.0 it is possible to connect LexOffice for online payment or invoice generation. How this is done, we described here.

1. Activate online-payment

Under Settings, within the category "Integrations", there is the item Online Payment.

There, the online payment, e.g. for single appointments, has to be activated first.

2. Connect LexOffice as a payment provider

Once online payment has been activated in the general settings, the corresponding online payment services can now be linked, in this case LexOffice.

By clicking on the LexOffice integration, the menu opens to activate LexOffice and insert the provided API key.

Calenso charges a fee for each transaction made in connection with a Calenso booking. This covers the share that the payment providers charge to Calenso.

These transaction fees must be agreed to in order to activate the connection.
