From Calenso version 4.26, meeting providers can be added to group appointments. This makes it easy to hold webinars or online appointments with several people. In this article we would like to show you how to connect a meeting provider with a group appointment.
Connect a meeting provider to a group appointment.
Go to Settings -> Meetings.
Click on the "+" sign next to the title "Meetings Providers" to connect a new meeting provider.
Select the desired group appointment and the meeting provider you want to connect to the group appointment.
Click on "Next" and then on "Exit".
Now go to Appointments -> Group Appointments and call up the desired group appointment via the "..." -> View.
Then click on the writing tool to edit the group appointment information.
Now you can connect the previously connected meeting provider with the group appointment in the "Place" field.
The next time a booking is made, a Calenso-Meeting link is automatically sent to the client.
