Calenso occasionally offers discounts as a promotion or by email. Here you can find out how to apply the discount correctly in order to benefit from the promotion.

Apply discount from a promotion

If Calenso offers a general discount, e.g. 50% on Black Friday, the discount will be automatically applied in the system and at checkout. If the discount code is not automatically deducted, add it manually in the checkout process.

Add discount manually

Go to "Your subscription" in the settings. Select the relevant subscription and go to the "Price" step. Click on "I would like to apply a discount code".

Now enter the code and press Enter or move your mouse. The discount will now be added and looks like this:

Second, the higher discount code received

It may happen that a general promotion is running, e.g. 20% off flat rate, and you as a loyal member receive a 25% discount code by e-mail. As the 20% discount code applies to everyone, it is stored in the system. To benefit from the 25%, you must first remove the other one. This is how it works:

Go to "Your subscription" in the settings. Select the relevant subscription and go to the "Price" step. The 20% discount will be deducted automatically. Click on the red "trash can" icon to remove the discount.

Click below on "I want to apply discount code". Now you can enter your personally received discount code in this box and the higher discount will be deducted.

ATTENTION: If you return to step 1, the changes will not be saved.
