You can create appointments in different ways.
Appointment overview
Click on "Appointments" and select "Individual Appointments". Now click on "Create" on your appointment overview page.
Now fill in all information for the appointment and click on "Create".
Attention! Manually created appointments with this procedure do not guarantee synchronization with the external calendar and your customers will not be informed about the appointment creation. You can find more information here. Use the booking assistant to ensure all functions.

Online Calendar
Change to "Calendar" in the menu.
The online calendar shows you all dates clearly arranged. At the top you can change employees and views. You can find out more about the online calendar here.
You have two possibilities to create an appointment. Click on the "+" or click directly on an employee or resource in the calendar at the desired time.
The same dialogue box will open as under the appointment overview.
