Now you can link Calenso with different meeting providers. With meeting providers you define how or where your meeting takes place. You can choose between:
- Appointment via phone
- Appointment in your branch
- Calenso Meet (Online Meeting)
- Zoom (online meeting)
- At the customer
- Unblu (Co-browsing)
- Microsoft Teams
- Google Meet
- and many more
In the following we will explain you how to define meeting providers:
To access the relevant settings, go to the General Settings and click on "Meeting providers" under "Integrations".
Add a meeting provider
Click on the big "+" or below at the top of each resource to link a new provider.
First, choose whether you want to store the provider for all resources or only for a specific resource. Use the drop-down menu for this.
Now you can choose between the meeting providers:
Telephone: A telephone call is suggested as a "location". The customer's telephone number is sent to the employee with the confirmation email.
Store: The stationary store can be selected as "location".
Calenso Meeting: Calenso itself offers a free video-conference tool. In this tool, neither the Customer, the employee nor the resource needs to register to use the tool. Each time a booking is made, an individual meeting link is generated and sent to the Customer and the employee. This can be called up at the appropriate time.
Zoom: The connection to the video conferencing provider Zoom works in the same way as Calenso Meeting. Both the customer and the resource are sent the individually generated zoom links in the confirmation email. See all details about Zoom here.
At customer: The location will be the address of the customer. Please make sure that you ask for the customer address in the booking widget.
Unblu: co-browsing session with Unblu (requires a paid Unblu subscription)
Function in the booking widget
When booking a new appointment, your customer will be asked in the final step for the location of the appointment to be arranged. For example, your customer selects Calenso Meeting. A new meeting link is automatically generated and sent with the booking confirmation.
Delete meeting provider / Disconnect
If you want to remove a provider from the list, you can also go to the overview page of your meeting providers.
Select the three dots for the respective provider and click on "Delete".
